1. Product Description
API 5L PSL1 X52 is a kind of seamless steel pipe for oil pipeline,
which is mainly used to transport oil and natural gas. The product
materials mainly include Gr B,X42, X52, X60, X65, and X70.The
content of chemical element C, Si, Mn in X52 steel grade is higher
than that in X42 and GR B, and its physical properties are
relatively strong, which can meet the requirements of different
working environments and applications. Customers can choose their
own products according to their own needs. Please refer to the
table below for specific chemical composition and physical
performance.
In addition, the product specification level is divided into PSL1
and PSL2, which have different inspection requirements, chemical
composition, and different mechanical properties. In total, PSL2 is
higher than PSL1, so when ordering according to API5L standard, it
is necessary to indicate in the contract that whether the
specification level is PSL1 or PSL2 (API5L pipeline pipe).
The surface can be painted and marked, the two ends can be threaded and blunted, the two ends of the steel pipe can be equipped with pipe caps and protective covers, and various export packaging methods can ensure the safe transportation of products.
